Belvoir Vale Surgery has now merged with The Welby Practice

We will still be referred to as Belvoir Vale for the time being and the Welby will be referred to as Bottesford Welby, as there are other sites at Harlaxton and Waltham.

You will notice some changes e.g. The Welby Practice header on letters, etc.

You will be able to book appointments with GPs, ANP, NP, Nurses and HCAs across all the sites.

Click here for a link to The Welby Practice website for up to date information on services, practice news, etc.

If you don't have a medical card you will need to complete a registration form (GMS1).  Please note we also have surgery specific registration forms that will also require completion for registration purposes.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
